Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
4 large eggs
100g sugar
150g plain chocolate
125g butter
1 packet Maria biscuits
cognac, milk and warm water
Preparation
Melt butter and chocolate. Mix in sugar so that it melts.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and add the yolks to the mix (once cooled down).
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Mix some hot water, milk and cognac in a bowl.
Put alternate layers of mousse and soaked biscuits in a clear medium-sized bowl.
Decorate with grated chocolate.
