Ingredients
2 large egg yolks
70g sugar
1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
40ml lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter (if unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt)
Preparation
Mix everything except for butter
Heat in baño maría for 10 minutes until thick stirring continuously.
Mix in butter, cool and refrigerate.
