Banana fritters

Ingredients
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • Toasted hazelnuts
  • Melted dark chocolate 70%
  • Egg
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream
  • Optional, maple syrup
  1. Whisk the water, flour and egg together.
  2. Coat the bananas and fry palmin or sunflower oil.
  3. Toast crushed hazelnuts until browning. Blow off the shells.
  4. Serve bananas on plates
  5. Melt chocolate and pour over ice cream
  6. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts.
