Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
Toasted hazelnuts
Melted dark chocolate 70%
Egg
Flour
Water
Vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream
Optional, maple syrup
Preparation
Whisk the water, flour and egg together.
Coat the bananas and fry palmin or sunflower oil.
Toast crushed hazelnuts until browning. Blow off the shells.
Serve bananas on plates
Melt chocolate and pour over ice cream
Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts.
